2000 - Freebird Airlines established in June 2000 as a company of Gözen Group which has been supplying ground services to more than 85 companies since 1979.
2001 - Freebird Airlines started operations in 2001 with the fleet of 3 medium range MD-83 aircraft.
2002 - Freebird Airlines is the first airline company in Turkey that has been granted ISO 9001:2000 Certification by TÜV Rheinland in August 2002. Another MD-83 aircraft with 165 seat capacity added to the fleet in the same year.
2003 - An Airbus A320 aircraft with 180 seat capacity added to the fleet.
2004 - The Freebird fleet amounted to 6 aircraft with the addition of another Airbus A320
2005 - In order to renew the fleet, MD-83 aircraft discarded and another Airbus A320 inserted to the fleet. The aircraft had a face-lift with the new logo and color design.
2006 - Freebird Airlines became as the first charter airline that achieved IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) Registration granted by IATA (International Air Transport Association) in July 2006. We welcomed our first Airbus A321 aircraft delivery at the Atatürk Airport with the registration TC-FBG and our second Airbus A321 aircraft with the registration TC-FBG
2007 - Freebird Airlines continued her successful operations with a fleet of 5 aircraft.
2008 - Freebird Airlines continued her successful operations with a fleet of 5 aircraft.
2009 - 2 Airbus A320 aircraft with the registration TC-FBR and TC-FBJ added to the fleet and 1 Airbus A320 aircraft with the registration TC-FBY discarded. Freebird Airlines continued her successful operations with a fleet of 6 aircraft
2010 - Airbus A320 aircraft with the registration TC-FBH added to the fleet. Freebird Airlines continued her successful operations with a fleet of 7 aircraft.
2011 - 2 Airbus A320 aircraft with the registration TC-FBE and TC-FBF discarded and the fleet of Freebird Airlines amounted to 6 aircraft by taking delivery of another Airbus A320-214 aircraft from the production line of Airbus in April, 2011. The registration of the aircraft is TC-FBV. Freebird Airlines continued her successful operations with a fleet of 6 aircraft.
2012 - Freebird Airlines expanded the fleet by taking delivery of another Airbus A320-214 aircraft from the production line of Airbus in April, 2012. The aircraft with 180 seat capacity, has CFM56-5B4/3 engines. The registration of the aircraft is TC-FBO.
