FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCE

Numerous factors can lead to food allergies and intolerances. Passengers who suffer from such food-related allergies are required to inform themselves about the ingredients of the food before the purchasing it and provide written notification.

Please be aware that we cannot assure our aircraft and the meals provided on board are completely free from allergens (such as nuts, foodstuffs, and their derivatives, etc.). In addition, other passengers may also bring products including nuts and other allergic foods on board.

If you have a food allergy, it is your responsibility to carry your necessary medicines in your hand luggage and bring your doctor’s report with you. Please let our cabin crew know about any allergies you may have once on board.
