Check-in at the Airport

Check-in procedures start at all airports 3 hours before the departure and close 1 hours before the departure time. Security measures to be implemented at airports may result in longer waiting times. We recommend you to be at the airport at latest 3 hours prior to the departure to make your journey more comfortable.

We kindly request you to be ready with your passport and additional documents visa/residence card if you needed while check in.

Online Check-in

You can complete your online check-in process by choosing a paid seat selection 10 days before departure on our scheduled flights. You can select your seat between the online check-in system-allocated seats if the time is less than 24 hours before departure. If you prefer other than allocated you will be able to choose from our available seat options. Your seat preference and other extra services may be caused additional charge.

The online check-in process ends 4 hours before departure.

After completing the check-in procedures you will be notified of online check-in approval via SMS or e-mail upon your preference. You can get your printed boarding pass from the check-in counters free of charge. If you have baggage, you can proceed directly to the baggage drop counter. It is recommended that you arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure to ensure that you have enough time for baggage and security processes. We wish you a relaxing journey.

You can check in online 24 hours before departure by using your reservation code provided by the Tour Operator. The online check-in process will be closed 4 hours before departure for reservations created by Tour Operators. You can complete your check-in process by selecting the allocated seat by the system or by choosing another seat from the allocated one within this period. Your seat preference and other extra services may be caused additional charge.

Please be advised that the online check-in services are only available to the Airports that are suitable for this service. We keep working to provide online check-in and barcoded boarding pass services in many Airports to make your travel much more comfortable.

Unfortunately, online check-in is not possible in the following cases

• Passengers aged 5 to 12 that will travel alone
• Passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility may not use online check-in if they need special services or auxiliary equipment that they use at the airport.
