Check-in at the Airport
Check-in procedures start at all airports 2.5 hours before the departure and close 45 minutes before the departure time. Security and Coronavirus measures to be implemented at airports may result in longer waiting times. We recommend you to be at the airport 3 hours before the departure to make your journey more comfortable.
We kindly request that you ready your passport and additional documents visa/residence card ıf you needed while check in.
Due to the Coronavirus measures, you should be ready your vaccination card, PCR or antigen test etc according to the restrictions to your destination.

Online Check-in
You can easily complete your online check-in 10 days prior the departure time by selecting a seat and including the additional luggage right, if you need it. To complete the online check-in , you will be allocated seat if there is less than 24 hours before your flight.
If you have not yet reserved a seat, the system will select a seat during the online check-in. If you are not happy with that seat, you can choose a seat you prefer for a fee.
Online check-in process start from 10 days up to 3 hours prior the departure time.
After completing your check-in, you will receive online check-in confirmation. Due to security and Coronavirus measures, you are required to go to the check-in desk at the airport and take your boarding pass from the check-in desk and deliver your luggage.
Online check-in service is only available at the airports suitable for this service. You can contact the Freebird Service Center for more assistance.
Unfortunately, online check-in is not possible in the following cases
- Passengers aged 5 to 12 that will travel alone
- Passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility may not use online check-in if they need special services or auxiliary equipment that they use at the airport.
