Our Passenger Expecting a Baby

As Freebird Airlines, we aim to ensure that passengers traveling while pregnant have a safe, comfortable and smooth flight experience. We recommend all our pregnant passengers to read the detailed travel information stated below.

Single PregnancyCarrying Rules
Until 28 weeksMedical approval is not necessary.
Between 28-36 weeksDoctor reports are to be submitted indicating that the passenger can fly.The date of the report shall be within the last 14 days
After 37 weeksThe passenger shall not be accepted.
Pregnancy for twins or moreCarrying Rules
Until 28 weeksMedical approval is not necessary.
Between 28-32 weeksDoctor reports are to be submitted indicating that the passenger can fly.The date of the report shall be within the last 14 days.
After 33 weeksThe passenger shall not be accepted.

***Expectant mothers are responsible for deciding themselves whether or not their health permits them to fly; if they have any doubts, expectant mothers are advised to consult their doctor before flying.

***A certificate issued before that date will not be accepted. The doctor's certificate should confirm that the passenger is fit to fly despite the pregnancy. The certificate shall be signed and stamped by the passenger's doctor.

***If the passenger has booked an outbound and return flight, Freebird Airlines is entitled to refuse carriage on the outbound flight if necessary.
